Good taste

Though the cooked rice looks dark brown, the texture and taste is so good. It mixes with currys with out any nutty smell. I have decied to continue this rice. But, a small request to Rajamudi.com... It has taken many days to recieve my rice bag after i ordered.

Customer service handled my complaint well the second time. They re-sent the semi polished rice with a speedy delivery. Other than that, quality of the rice is very good. Glad to see it available online.

disappointed

I used your rice first from a loyal customer of yours from mysore. I loved the rice. first time ordered it from your website to shimoga. the first delivery had rice moth inside the packet. i contacted customer care and sent them video of it too. Customer handling is very poor. I have to keep calling and following up for the status of the replacement. I am disappointed in the customer service.
